The semi-detached villas Arete and Anastasia have private entrances and separate gardens. Villa Anastasias ground floor entrance leads into the sitting room. A short staircase up takes you to a gallery area where the twin sofa bed is located together with the entrance to the double bedroom with adjoining bathroom. From the sitting room is another short staircase leading to a light and airy fully fitted kitchen and dining area, next to the twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom

This villa is closest to the Milos pool, but has a private entrance through a small gate. You enter the villa from the covered patio into the open plan sitting/dining/bedroom, through to a separate kitchen and bathroom. A small staircase leads down to a basement sitting room area with two sofa beds and up to the elevated Lindian style double bed. There is an air conditioning unit in the sitting room area, which can be paid for locally. This open plan villa is ideal for a family or close friends. Pefkos is well known for it’s leisurely pace and tranquility, as it is not as commercialized as some of the more established resorts. This peaceful haven is spread around a sandy beach and surrounded by pine trees from which the village gets its name.
Delightful restaurants and taverns can be found amongst the small selection of bars and shops dotted around the village. Pefkos “top” has superb panoramic views of the resort and the southeastern coast of Rhodes should you desire livelier entertainment.
